At Spoiled Soul, we stand behind the quality of our offerings—whether it's a digital guide, a physical product, or an energy-shifting session. That said, life happens, and we want to be clear about what to expect when it comes to refunds or returns.

If you receive a physical product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@spoiledsoul.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse
   
• Items returned without prior contact
   
• Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
   

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Due to the nature of digital products (like meditations, workbooks, or workshops), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you’ve received access to the product, we cannot offer a refund, as the content cannot be “returned.”

If you have trouble accessing your download or believe there’s a technical issue, please reach out—we’re happy to help!

One-on-One Sessions:
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled. Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for emergencies—just reach out and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Packages & Programs:
These are non-refundable once started. If you're unhappy with your experience, please contact us—we genuinely care and want to make it right where possible.

Workshops & Events:
Tickets are transferable but not refundable. If you can't attend, you’re welcome to gift or sell your spot to someone else. Please notify us in advance if you do!
